USB 2.0 Header cables for UP core

I need to get 2 external usb 2.0 ports attached to the UP core.
Anybody know good/cheap cable to do this?
What is the functional difference between the two options listed on the UP shop?
https://up-shop.org/up-peripherals/110-usb-20-pin-header-cable.html
https://up-shop.org/up-peripherals/181-usb-20-pin-header-cable-wo-uart.html
Will the one w/o UART not work?
And for the other one, does the second 3 pin connector plug into the UP core?
Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hi @dvhardware,
The two cables both work with regard to USB 2.0.
The one with UART is commonly used to bring out a serial console. You can plug the 3-pin connector to another box to get early input/output to the UP core (for example, you can use it to access BIOS menus on a headless setup).
