The USB 2.0 port on the Core female (header) or male (pins)? And how many pins?

Hi, I'm confused whether or not the Core ouputs a female (header) or male (pins) for the 2.0 USB.

See the specification for CN7. The board receptacle is a SM10B-SRSS-TB. The mating connector housing should be a SHR-10V-S-B. The crimp contact to use should be SSH-003T-P0.2-H
