BIOS upgrade, UP won´t boot up anymore

Hi,
after flashing UPC1DM07 to my UP board it doesn´t boot anymore, blue led will shine but display won´t be show anything, usb keyboard is also not init. I already removed the battery fro >30sec. any help?
