After powered Up Board with 7.4 Volts Lipo battery, USB Ko

Dear,
I use an Up Board under Ubilinux. I have install and use it with success.
I try to make a drive robot, but to powered the Up Board I have inadvertently connect the power to a LIPO battery 7.4 Volts. The Up board have correctly running, but after, when I have try to reconnect to the standard power, the Up Board doesn't start. I have disconnect the battery 30", then reconnect the power. Up Bord strats normally except the 4 USB ports which doesn't work. Idem the USB 3 port doesn't work. Juste the USB port near the GPIO works correctly.
Have you a solution ?
