My UP board has blue LED on , but doesn't have HDMI output

My UP board works before. But after I updated the heat-sink with your Heat-sink with fan, the Board has Blue-LED on, but HDMI doesn't have output. Look like the board doesn't get boot.
I do remove RTC battery and put it back during I updated the heat-sink.
I installed the Ubuntu16.4 in the board before.
Please help.
