Windows driver update appears broken or non-working

I have downloaded and unpacked the windows driver install. I did find and run a setup program under the Bluetooth directory (step 2). I could not figure out how to load the chipset updates or any of the other drivers bc there were no setup/installer programs in those directories. My download also is missing a directory for step 2. I have not found instructions that explain what I'm seeing in the download. Assistance with this (especially usable documentation explaining how to load ALL of the drivers in this file) is urgently needed from AAEON.
