Hi Rob, thanks for your report and sorry for the belated response.

The messages are harmless and don't indicate any actual issue with your board:

This is printed because the ubilinux kernel enables CONFIG_OF and yet the board provides hardware information through ACPI instead of DeviceTree.

This message was always printed on Apollo Lake systems. This was only fixed recently - see https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/840384/
