Hi, I am currently searching for a way to use the GPIO of the Up Board to communicate via I2C using Windows 10.
Ive come across the issue detailed in many other forum posts .
Since those posts are largely over 6 months old, I would like a more recent answer on wether this is/will be possible.

As far as I know, I2C is completely broken under normal versions of Windows 10.
This has been a *very* long awaited fix, and is speculated that it is either due to the drivers =or= the BIOS. However, since I2C works under all iterations of supported Linux, my best guess is that there is something wrong with the AAEON Windows library.
Just started downloading the 64 bit version of Windows IoT Core and will let you know if that works.
