BIOS - keyboard PS/2

Hello,
I have a "UP-CHT01-A10-0464" on which I installed windows 10.
I use a PS/2 keyboard that I like because it has a "touch" particularly pleasant and it is connected to a USB adapter.
With Windows 10 the keyboard is well recognized, against during the boot of the Up Board it seems that the keyboard is not active, because I want to access the BIOS UEFI but I can not.
I tried F7, F2 and Del.
May be that I do not press the right key or at the right time?
But may be it is necessary to install a driver for the PS / 2 to be detected at boot, and if so which one.
Thanks for the answers.
