ubilinux 4 new release download incomplete not possible to download it

Hi i m trying to download the new release of the ubilinux 4 and i tried to mac windows IOS devices and the download after 1 seconde start with message incomplete file i could use ubuntu 16 but the gpios doesnt work on it
