My USB drives aren't working on my UpBoard

HI. A few months ago I installed Windows 10 on my UpBoard. I haven't touched the thing since. I just turned it on and my USB inputs aren't working. When I plug in my keyboard and mouse they aren't working. The UpBoard turns on and the Windows desktop loads successfully but thats it. I cannot do anything once Im there. What should I do? Is there a way to completely delete the current operating system and start fresh without being able to use my keyboard and mouse? Is there a way to turn on my USB drives??
