Naming rule of Serial Numbers

Hi.
AlingWu from AAEON has kindly provided me with the following information, which may be of interest to anyone who has not already seen it in the 'Announcements' thread.
AAEON's serial number rule:
C178XXXXX
C=board
17=year 2017
8=Aug, 1-9=Jan-Sep, A=Oct, B=Nov. C=Dec
XXXXX is sequential number
If you have a board C178XXXXX, it is produced in Aug, 2017. We never change eMMC for UP Squared from Kickstarter version to Mass production version.
What I would like to know however, is whether or not ANY component or material changes were made to the "Mass production" UP Squared boards, once all the Kickstarter orders had been fulfilled?

Hi,
As we announced to all Kickstarter for their rewards. Kickstarter version ( DVT) doesn't support CEC function.
We didn't change any other components for the mass production version, except the PCB schematics in MP version connect CEC function.
