Is DisplayPort disabled by default? HDMI works fine, but not getting any picture from DisplayPort?

I figured this out. I have a Dell U2414H monitor with the "DELL U2414H (Intel(R) Display Audio)" driver.
On the monitor, had to set the Display Settings > DisplayPort 1.2 to "Disable".
After that, the display appears to function properly.
