Install driver Issues on windows10

After install the drivers from step 1 to 4, there are still 2 unknown devices need to do

Device: Up Board 4G/64G

OS: cn_windows_10_enterprise_2016_ltsb_x64_dvd_9060409.iso

BIOS: upc1bm0x 64bit
