New Windows 10 installation query

Hi,
I am sure this question must have been asked before, but is it possible for me to install Windows 10, in UEFI mode, onto a mSATA drive added to my UP Squared board, leaving the eMMC ‘drive’ free for an installation of Ubilinux, so that I will then have the option of booting into either OS independently?
I had originally planned to install Ubilinux first, but am not now sure that is necessarily the easiest, or indeed the ‘best’ way for me to proceed.
