install uart driver not successfully.

Bios :UPA1AM21

    In your case, I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it helps.
    i. Are you able to boot to the desktop? or move to C drive to install the ppm-apl-preview-v200.20160222
    ii. About "install uart driver not successfully", please try to manually install driver without installation

    [li]Go to Control Panel.[/li]
    [li]Device Manager[/li]
    [li]Find the device that you are trying to install a driver for[/li]
    [li]Right Click[/li]
    [li]Update Driver Software[/li]
    [li]Browse my computer for driver software[/li]
    [li]Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer[/li]
    [li]Have Disk --> WIN10 driver for UP^2\SerialIO_30.100.1631.03_APL_PV_RS1\x64\Production\Windows10-x64[/li]
    [li]Browse for the .inf driver file. Open and Next.[/li]
    [li]The driver will be installed[/li]
