High temperature of the CPU

Hi,
I installed Win10 on my UpSquared, when just running the Win10 Updates, the temperature goes up to ~80-90°C, also had 95°C. I´m not using an active cooler, I got the passive one.
Has anybody else these problems? Or does someone know a solution?
