No download file for Up UbiLinux 4.0?

In the downloads sections the entry for the UbiLinux 4.0 RC does not seem to have a file attached? Should the file be there?

I'm looking to get an OS installed on my Up board which has Linux kernel >= 4.9. Do you have any news on when a 4.0 will be released?

    At the moment, the installer is only visible for innovators.
    We will have an image available for everyone to download tomorrow. :-)
