Unable to get any output from the HDMI

I'm trying to setup my UP2 following the quick start guide. I have connected a Windows 10 bootable USB drive, I have also connected the UP2 to an HDMI monitor with the supplied cable, and powered up the board. I have waited for the UP BIOS logo to appear.
It is now 30mins since I started, I still have no output from the board. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Since I wrote the above I've also tried another HDMI cable and another HDMI display without any output from the UP2.
