Apps reinitialing when board boots

Any suggestions why this happens: I re start my board, I see android then it begins this 'app initialisation' - sometimes more than once. When it finally decides to start up my Ethernet doesn't work?
It is more noticeable if I have a bluetooth USB adapter plugged in. So, for now I have removed the USB [strike][/strike]

What error code did you see when you start up on UP board ?
and please go to settings and check that your Ethernet item is enable or disable
Could you please provide me the details? such as video or picture
