    Hi Courson,

I assume you are referring to this item on the up-shop: https://up-shop.org/home/125-3gwifibt-module.html

Have you plugged the HAT with both the network cards following the quick start instructions? Please make sure you have plugged the micro10 pin cable between the UP and the HAT.

If so, Which specific Ubuntu version are you using and which kernel?

Also could you check if you need to install the 3rd party firmware packages to enable most of the wifi and bt network cards?

If you have an ethernet connection available:
    $ sudo apt-get install linux-firmware-nonfree

Hi, thank you for your help.

"I assume you are referring to this item on the up-shop: up-shop.org/home/125-3gwifibt-module.html ",
    Yes it is.

"Have you plugged the HAT with both the network cards following the quick start instructions? Please make sure you have plugged the micro10 pin cable between the UP and the HAT."
The wifi, bt, and 3G module are plugged on the HAT, and it's plug on the board with micro10 pin cable connected.

    I have a Ubuntu 16.04.2 (desktop amd64) with kernel 4.4.0-2-upboard.

I will test your command, but the hdmi of my UP-board don't march since 2 days.

    thanks

It seems they have been plugged in correctly.

Have you also connected the small micro 10pin adapter from the UP Board to the HAT?

Yes i plug it look like you.

When i plug just the wifi module, it's work.
When i plug HAT with Wifi and BT module, Only BT work.
When i plug HAT with Wifi, BT, & 3G module, Nothing Work (maybe because i don't have SIM card?)

I try to follow the guide for ubuntu but when i check lsusb no devices are found with the description the guide.
    root@ubilinux4:~# lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 1934:1202 Feature Integration Technology Inc. (Fintek)
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0424:2514 Standard Microsystems Corp. USB 2.0 Hub

Do you have to install any special pkg or driver?
