upboard can't power up sometimes

Hello,
Platform: up board
OS:Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (kernel :4.4.0-2-upboard)
power supply: 5V/6A OR 5V/4.5A

Problem: up board can not power up, there is no any output(hdmi sigal, usb or eth power) from up board, the blue light beside HDMI is on. We used 5V/4 for some times,but always use 5V/6A later. up board is inside our robot, sometimes up board can not power up, sometimes is ok. How to check this problem, is it related with temerature， or other problem?

Hi lin,

It sounds strange. Do you only have one UP board ? Are you able to verify it it also happens in other UP boards.
The board is designed to operate at ambient temperature 0-60C.
If everything is in spec, but there is still stability problem, please claim your RMA via UP shop.

It is ok after unplug and pulg the BIOS battery.
