Which max current for 3.3v and 5v Header rails??

Hi all.

I could not find nothing related to my question in the forum.

Which are the max current for the Vcc Header pins 3.3v and 5v on the UpBoard?

I am wondering it because I want to supply an external hardware connected to VCC 3.3v (pin 1) my external hardware requires 600mA can it pin provide such current?.

Another thing I could not find a detailed datasheet for the UpBoard which are the rating for the USB ports including the 10pin wafle connector. are 100mA per port or can it handle 500mA per each port?
