No hardware acceleration even after driver install (upBoard)

Hi,
recently we got the 4gb ram / 32gb disk version of the upboard. We installed everything according the guide, under windows 10. Now, the problem is that there is no gpu acceleration at all. There is no way to create a 3D context (tried open arena and the installer of 3D mark), not even chrome works whiteout the --no-gpu flag. The driver is installed, and it can bee seen in the device manager, and the intel utilities from the right click menu works, but nothing else.
Someone has any tip of what is going on?
