odd mraa behaviour

Having a bit of an issue with mraa on up board, when I close pin 13 and 16. It sets them on. Even after i specifically set them off, which works fine before closing. And this happens randomly and keep happening for about 20-30 times and then at times it would behave fine. Pin 15 works as expected.

As a workaround, could you try setting the pin direction as MRAA_GPIO_IN before closing, to see if that helps?
