broken board?

Hi,
I ordered and received 2 up boards, one of them shows the eMMC as not installed/disabled. I just upgraded bios, did reset settings, etc. Nothing seems to help. Is this a broken board or am I doing something wrong? (The 2nd board shows a 29GB emmc storage as expected)
