No boot devices showing

My up-board, UP board 4GB RAM + 64 GB eMMC is no longer showing any boot devices when I hit F7 during startup. I disabled the previous device in the list when I was installing from USB, and now it doesn't show. How can I get the eMMC device back on the list?

You could try going to the last page in the BIOS and setting it back to the defaults?
