Dead board?

Hello,
I just received Up-board and install windows 10. It has been working for 2 hours more or less.
After unexpected power loss Up-board does not boot any more, there is no HDMI out.
The blue led is off and makes and strange ticking sound.
Any ideas how to restore it?
I tried to remove the battery and unplug power for a while, but it does not work.

Hi,
In this case, please go through RMA service at UP shop. The procedure is as the attachment.
