Windows Server 2016 DDA

I don't have an UP board, I'm thinking on a UP Core. Can someone run a powershell script on an UP board with Windows Server 2016? I would like to DDA an USB3 controller to a VM. It works on some USB3 controllers, but not on all. That's why I would like to check it before buy it.
