Brand new UpBoard runs fan and blue light but nothing else

Just received brand new UpBoard, it runs fan and blue light but doesn't seem to be powering up the usb, network ports and nothing displays on hdmi connected display?? Please help

    Ok I'm an idiot, I didn't realize there's a power button that needs pressed after plugged in lol, just assumed it was like the pi and saw blue light and fan running so assumed it was on heh
