Hi everyone!

Hope you're all enjoying 2017!

Can the Mac OS be virtualized on the UP? I've seen it done plenty times on a Desktop PC on YouTube, but never with a single board solution.

Many thanks.

Basically UP board is a normal PC, if it can run on your other PC, then it should work on UP board. I know some people want to try, but never heard any sharing on UP community. :-)

    Hi AlingWu

    Thanks for your reply.

I visualize Ubuntu and IE in Windows on my Mac for work. I just wanted to know if I could flip that around using a PC like UP Squared. Although after more research I've come to realize the Mac OS isn't particularly stable when visualized or otherwise. In fact if there is some stability, its generally broken when upgrading. Not to mention you end up breaking the user agreement! Perhaps those are the reasons no one here has tried it or mentioned it!

    Many thanks.

I think UP Squared could be a better option, especially 8GB version as virtualization requires a lot of memory resources. :-)
Keep trying.... keen to know the result.
