Display problem with custom kernel

Hi there.
My friends and I are working on a custom kernel running on up board. Everything looks fine when booted from the serial console. But the screen shows nothing when connected. My guess is that we got the wrong info on video memory mapping.
Anyone knows where to find the latest info on (video) memory mapping? Thank you.
