Hello, I'm watching to the future UP2 board for a mobile robot that uses a full version of Windows 10 and an Intel RealSense R200 camera. In my previous projects, based on the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B, I've used this solution.
The UP2 board has the same pinout of the RPi, this is my question: can I use the BattBorg to power your board?
Thanks!

I'd like to see this question answered for the UP board also. Is the 1.5A output of the BattBorg enough to power the UP board?

We never try BattBorg , and 1.5A will not be enough to power UP board. We have validated UPS HAT from Olmatic https://up-community.org/wiki/Olmatic_S.USV_UPs_-_How_To . At this moment, we are still checking about regulations to ship it by air, soon we will sell it at UP shop. Before that, you can buy it from Olmatic webshop.

Hi, and this solution?

I have used some other BEC's for this, like: https://www.amazon.com/Castle-Creations-Bec-Switching-Regulator/dp/B000MXAR12/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486133127&sr=8-1
It has worked on different RPI boards as well as Odroids, I have also used with boards that use Teensy processors from PJRC and it has worked on ones with T3.2/T3.5, but had an issue with 3.6...
I am also playing around with my own HAT, which has an onboard T3.6 and uses one of these: http://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=811-2179-ND to supply power to my hat and hopefully UP2... -
I'm using this ubec from hobbyking:
https://hobbyking.com/en_us/kingkong-5v-3a-ubec.html
works without problems.
However there are some battery management boards that are based on the MCP73871 like adafruit charger 1000. those boards wont work because the chip cannot handle the current required for the up -
I've ordered the Olmatic UPS HAT.
While searching for a power supply, I also found this: http://www.powerstream.com/PST-MP3500.htm
