Debootstrap warning when attempting instllation

I'm attempting to install the ubilinux-3.0 and am getting the following error on the "Install the base system" step.

Debootstrap warning
Warning: file:///cdrom/pool/main/s/sysvinit/sysv-rc_2.88dsf-59_all.deb was corrupt

I have checked the md5 hash on my download and it matches that given on the download screen. I have made a number of attempts writing the boot USB and have downloaded the file twice.

Any ideas?
