According to the UP SBC Data Sheet : "Power 5V DC-in @ 4A 5.5/2.1mm jack"

According to Wikipedia : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coaxial_power_connector :
IEC 60130-10 Type A: 5.5 mm OD, 2.1 mm ID
RadioShack Adaptaplug M , ring color - navy

Am I correct ?
