GPIO read with NodeJS

I tried the rpi-gpio, rpio and mraa on ubilinux, but it does not working because the node.js is not up to date! Even more I can not update it, because the ubilinux does not suppert it. Can anybody help me?
I am running a node.js server, and I have to read the gpio, when it is change.
