We just received an update from Intel. The release of Apollo Lake I ( E39XX series) has been postponed to Q2 , 2018.
It means UP Squared will release E3940 SKU after that.
If you don't need ADC and 2nd SPI, you can go for N4200 & N3350 SKU, which are available in UP shop already.

Dear All
we have decided to adopt the temporary stepping change D0 that will be available soon in order to deliver the boards not later than Q4 ( we still try to target September )
