Faulty Board. How to fix?

in UP Squared 6000 Hardware Specification

Hi

We bought a few UP2 6000 boards a few months ago.
Now one of them does not boot up - no output on HDMI or DP monitor is seen, but the leds on the board are lit.
How to troubleshoot further or get it repaired under warranty?

    Hi Sir,

    The LED on the board is on, please connect the keyboard to confirm the status.
    Connect the keyboard and try to press num Lock, does the num lock light respond?
