Hi
One of Edge Board Model UPX-EDGEI7-A10-1664-FX1 is not powering on and booting during testing. We recently procured this. Please suggest this solution. It is dead on arrival. Other edge model is powering on . Please suggest the issues to be resolved.

You can try a hardware reset by holding the power button for about 3~5 seconds.
If it still can't power on, please submit a RMA for the unit.

Hi, Can you share RMA Team email ID. We have despatched the device to RMA team. It was DOA. We are awaiting replacement for this.
