I'm trying to get more active in the UP community but it seems challenging. I can't log in via the web site on my laptop, but my phone has no problem. I keep getting an authentication error. Any ideas why?

I have been using Firefox... tried it again today and it worked fine. Don't know what the problem was but I logged in today via my laptop w/o a problem.
