Hi,

I'm trying to use ttyS1 after loading ubuntu 14.04 with the upboard kernel. I am getting "write error: Input/Output error" when accessing ttyS1 (UART1). Is there something that needs to be done for access to UART1 on ubuntu. I don't see these problems with ubilinux.
