Hi,
yesderday I have recieved the up-board, sucessfully installed Win10 Home and y driver package x64. But finally the device manager shows still 4 "Unknown Devices"?
Do I have to install another drivers or any chance to enable devices that I can start programming e.g. the GPIOs?
That was the main reason why I have bought this board
Best regards,
Nic

Hi ,
Do you have "Step 4- Dummy driver " ?
The driver is for the four unknown device and need to be manually installed.(Refer Install_Dummy_Driver_on_UP.docx included in dummy driver package )
About GPIO programming, the MS WINDOWS DIO SDK and smaple is placed at below page:
https://up-community.org/downloads/microsoft-windows/microsoft-windows-ms-windows-dio-sdk -
What are y talking about?
I have installed the following package from here:ms-windows-10-64bit-drivers-package
I dont see any Step-4 folder. I have only "Step-1 Chipset..", "Step-2 TXE" and finally "Step-3 LAN".
The WIN10_64 package is dated from Jan.2016. So I assume there could exist a new version on some developer PC but not already published to the community?
Do y mean this? -
Hi,
Yes, current package indeed doesn't include dummy driver, there maybe a plan and will be uploaded when driver is as developer's expected.
However, you can start programming GPIO via DIO SDK without installing dummy driver.
