Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021

Hi, I have an old fanless PC currently running W7 Service pack1 (64-bit).
It has a CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770S @ 3.1GHz.
Can anyone tell me if I could remove the W7 and replace it with a Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 install on that PC?
I'm wondering about their compatibility.

I think it cannot support Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021.
