SPI_CLK is not working

OS is ubuntu 18.04，spi test program with libmraa，Using 24mhz logic analyzer. Can run spi_loopback.py successfully,In the STM32 chip communication test can not send and receive signals normally, after testing found that the UP4000 SPI Master does not generate the clock signal normally。

Hi Sir,

We have identified this issue and are working internally to fix it.
Please change Pin16 to output in the BIOS/HAT Configuration, and the SPI CLK will be normal.
The BIOS will be updated in the future to fix this problem.
