Can I configure that my up-squared pro in uefi menu does not restart after a few seconds ?

I enter the bios password successfully.  After a few seconds in the uefi menu, the board restarts.  I hardly have time to change settings.

I am using Ubuntu-Server 20.04 lts
Board: up-squared pro edge (Intel® Pentium™ N4200)

Does anyone know a solution so that i can configure my bios with enough time?

Is that a bug?

I don't think changes are saved either, but I'm not sure about that because it restarts too quickly.

I would be very grateful for any help.
