After update to R1.5 lost PCIe ports.
I have UP Core Plus model:
UPC-PLUSX5Q-A20-0464 bought in Sep 2019
It was with BIOS R1.0 and updated to R1.5. After that operation the most of PCI devices are no more detected.
Normally on NET Plus board are detected:01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
03:00.0 PCI bridge: Pericom Semiconductor Device 2404 (rev 05)
04:01.0 PCI bridge: Pericom Semiconductor Device 2404 (rev 05)
04:02.0 PCI bridge: Pericom Semiconductor Device 2404 (rev 05)
04:03.0 PCI bridge: Pericom Semiconductor Device 2404 (rev 05)
05:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
07:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
And after the update is left only:01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)
Is it and issue or hidden setting to enable them again?

BIOS R1.5 update should not affect 4LAN detection for Net plus board, unless the docking connector are broken
Anyhow, I would suggest you to remove the CMOS battery to restore the BIOS settings and see if that could fix the problem. -
Tried by removing the CMOS battery - no change. The board was not removed soon so aconnector damage is unlikely. However, I take a look by microscope - nothing suspicious.
I attach a image of BIOS firmware information, if can be useful.
Other interesting, if it has a relation, the mmc with R1.0 was detected as /dev/mmcblk1 while with R1.5 is /dev/mmcblk0. -
@svilen
Maybe you can try to reinstall your OS to see if the issue can be fixed. -
Clean install of ubuntu 20.04 - the problem remains.

Hi All,
I am having a similar issue with R1.8 for the UP Core Plus (UPC-PLUSX7-A20-0864). I was wondering if there was any resolution to this issue for R1.5?
We are also trying to get ubuntu 20.04 running.
