Up Board 4gb w/ active heatsink not staying on

My up board that I just installed an active heatsink on wont stay on. It starts up then less than 5 seconds later just shuts off. I see the logo, and I can just barely get into the f7 menu before it shuts off.

Tried it with another up board power supply, still shuts off.
The fan doesn't appear to be spinning on start up, not sure if thats normal or not.

whats wrong?

    have you followed the instructions to connect the fan power pins to the right header and in the right position?
    Can you please share a picture of your board from the top?

    Ah! Had it on one set of pins down from the correct set. Now it works. Thanks!
