[SOLVED]UP-CHT01_Windows_10_driver 20180223 get unknown device.
Why I setup windows 10 driver "UP-CHT01_Windows_10_driver 20180223" on my 4GB ram UP Board still get 4 unknown device. I got the message " Intel x64 Cherry Trial - T driver Package Failure, The setup program ended prematurely because of the following error." .......

Can anyone tell me that the "UP-CHT01_Windows_10_driver 20180223" is for 32 bits Windows 10 OS, so I got the message " Intel x64 Cherry Trial - T driver Package Failure". BTW my OS is Windows 10 64 bits.

What version of Windows did you use? Windows 10 IoT Enterprise v1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809 or 1903?
For 3 ~ 4 unknown device, you need to install the driver (Windows Dummy) manually without digital signature in Windows 10, please refer to the link below for How to disable driver signature on Win10

Please try out the below method, and let me know if it works
1. Create a folder in desktop, e.g. win
2. Copy all drivers (drivers, x64, config, setup) from step 1 - Chipset Platform to win folder
3. Click to run setup.exe and try the installation again -
I have installed the driver (Windows Dummy) manually without digital signature in Windows 10, There are 3 unknown device have been installed completely from 4 unknown device, but still left one unknown device.

It works for me. Anyway, try to re-download the driver package and installing again
For the unknown device, please to to check the device details Hardware includes many details about the device, like the device ID, and provide me with information -
I used Windows Dummy manually again, and tried to install gpio driver successfully. Thank you Roger.
