Unable to Install Ubuntu kernel 4.15.0 for UP from PPA on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi,

When I try to run sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubilinux/up, I get an error: gpg key timed out:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubilinux/up
Kernel packages with support for the special features on the UP board (http://up-board.org), such as 40-pin header I/O.
More info: https://launchpad.net/~ubilinux/+archive/ubuntu/up

Error: retrieving gpg key timed out.

Has anyone faced a similar error and managed to fix it?

It might have been a temporary launchpad server issue or something in your network.
It seems to work fine from our side. I don't get any time out.
