10" Touch Screen does not work with Ubuntu 18.04

I installed my brand new touch screen according to the assembly guide on my Up Squared. Unfortunately, the touch part is not working. I get the display tough. I'm running Ubuntu 18.04. Is there a configuration/driver necessary to make it work?

First at all, please confirm you get your screen working correctly on Ubuntu 16.04.
